The Help Desk is a web based support tool. It is NOT a replacement for the Flexus List Server.
In recent months everyone knows that email has become unreliable. Also you may have asked a question in the past but can't find the reply in the List Server archive files.
With the web based Help Desk tool you will be able to access all of your past questions. You will also be able to check the status of your support issue and ensure that we have actually received your technical support request.
How do you get started?
Go here:

Then register for a new account. After your information is reviewed, we will activate the account and you will be able to start entering "Tickets" (support incidents).
We think you will find this an effective tool for providing technical support.
We anticipate that this will become the primary means of individualized technical support.
