FTP Site Technical Support for Downloading Production Flexus Products:

Download the Latest Production Version of flexus Software Products

Flexus maintains a password protected ftp site which allows our customers under maintenance to download our production software 24 hours per day/7 days per week.

PLEASE NOTE: You must first obtain a valid User ID and password from Flexus in order to gain access to this site. If you have purchased any of our products and are currently under maintenance, and would like to obtain access to our production ftp site, please send your request to:

  1. Once you have been assigned a User ID and Password, you will be able to download a production software file at the following ftp site: flexus.epix.net. You can also access 64.111.132.116:21 (static IP address of flexus.epix.net along with port 21)
  2. NOTE: If you use an FTP client, you should identify the address *exactly* as it is listed above. The FTP client assumes that you wish to access an FTP site. BUT...if you are using a web browser (not recommended), the browser assumes that you are attempting to access an http server, not an ftp server. This means that if you simply type flexus.epix.net into a web browser, the web browser will access the web server, not the ftp server. Therefore, if you prefer to use your web browser, please type in ftp://flexus.epix.net and the "ftp://" prefix will instruct the web browser that you are attempting to access an ftp server instead of an http server.

If you use Netscape Navigator, you may have difficulty. Netscape seems to only want to allow you to specify the User ID and Password for your personal web site files. There doesn't seem to be a place in which you can enter specific user ID and passwords for specific ftp sites. Internet Explorer, on the other hand, WILL prompt you for the User ID and Password for the Flexus production file ftp site.

  3. You will then come to a page which lists directories. You should be able to access the ftp site using a web browser, as long as the web browser doesn't attempt to pass the incorrect User ID and Password to our ftp server. We do recommend that you utilize an ftp client software product such as WS_FTP. There are a number of them available and many of them may be downloaded from the Internet.

If you access Stroud's CWSApps List, you'll find several shareware and freeware ftp clients. The URL for Stroud's is: http://cws.internet.com/. Click on the Internet Apps link and then click on the ftp link. We highly recommend WS-FTP or Leech FTP. They are both very good ftp clients.

If you have any problems, please contact Flexus at 610-588-9400, ext. 115 or send an e-mail message to:
